Step 1: Log in to your SBI Internet Banking account online using your user name and password.
Step 2: Select Request  Enquiries from the top menu.

Step 3: In the Online SBI you should now see a list of Request and Enquiries options. To continue click Upgrade Access Level.

Step 4: A page with a list of your SBI Account Numbers and Current Access Level will appear. Select the account you wish to upgrade the access level for if you have several accounts in that branch.

Step 5: Click the Submit button after selecting Full Transaction Rights from the Dropdown with the description Upgrade Access Level to

Step 6: An OTP One Time Password will be sent to your SBI registered mobile number.

Step 7: Click the Confirm button after entering the OTP that was sent to your SBI registered mobile number.

Step 8: You should now see a message that says Your request for upgradation of rights for the account you selected has been accepted and it may take up to an hour for the same to be activated in our records.
