Apply for ATM Card in SBI Using Internet Banking

Apply for ATM Card in SBI

If you want to apply for an ATM card at SBI online or using Internet Banking follow the steps outlined below.

Log in to your SBI internet banking account Click here

Select ATM card services under e services.

Then choose Request ATM Debit Card.

Select the account number write the name you want to appear on the card choose the card type from the dropdown menu check the disclaimer box and click the submit button.

If you want the card delivered to the registered address leave everything as is and press the submit button. By default it will use your registered address and display your permanent address.

If you wish to obtain an ATM card at a different address choose New Address enter the information and click the Submit Button.

Your ATM card request has been submitted and it will be delivered to you through Speed Post. Once the card has been shipped you will get SMS and email notifications to your registered mobile phone and email address.

Apply for ATM Card in SBI Through a Branch

If you don’t have Internet Banking you can go to the bank and get an ATM card. This will be handled by an SBI employee. Make sure you have the documentation listed below with you and that you follow the process.

PAN card original and one photocopy.

Any type of address proof such as an Aadhaar card driver’s license voter ID passport and so on.

Request an ATM application form at the SBI counter and fill it up with all of your current information.

After filling out the form sign it and bring it to the SBI counter with the necessary papers.

The SBI personnel will confirm your information and begin the process of issuing the ATM card.
